Request a return authorization by e-mail.  All you have to do is tell us why you are returning the item.  Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  If you are returning something, because it is defective we will cover the cost of shipping a new one to you.  If , however, you have failed to measure your dog or cat properly and end up with the wrong size, the you will have to pay for shipping the product back to you.

If you are dissatisfied with the dog collar, harness or dog leash that you ordered for any reason, other than having purchased the wrong size, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds, for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be made by company check.  Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, you will only have to pay for mailing the product back to you.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
